My name is Jordan and I’m 18 years old! I’m from a little island called Ireland! My parents are from Zanzibar (it’s such a  MAGICAL place!) but I’ve lived in Ireland my whole life!

Style is showing who you are without having to speak! If you had to line-up your top 3 trends you’re feeling this season what would they be?

Hmm I think my top 3 fav trends I’m loving at the moment are:

1) Knitted/ crocheted clothing, especially if you can create the pieces yourself!

2) Bows! I love how simple and cute bows are and how they can spice up an outfit so effortlessly. You can put them in your hair, on your bag, and even on your jean belt loops! simply so cute!

3) Shrugs! I love the variety of different types of shrugs, the colours, textures and designs! it’s a fun way to explore layering for winter!

Describe your style in 3 words:

ahhh this is hard…I’d say playful, feminine, and eccentric.

Style inspo is everything! Who’s your ultimate fashion icon + why?

My ultimate fashion icon(s) would have to be the BRATZ. I definitely got my passion for fashion from the BRATZ! I have always adored dressing up my BRATZ dolls ever since I was younger, wishing I could dress as cool as them one day. Most of all, I think I love their confidence and the fact that their style is based on the 90s/ early 2000s era of fashion (which is my fav era of fashion!) 

Getting ready in the morning can be fun but stressful if you’re in a time crunch, what’s your go-to outfit if you’re in a rush?

Cargo pants, chunky belt, baby tee, leather jacket, doc martens, are definitely my go-to when I’m in a rush (which is nearly always 😉 I always say I might as well look cute if I’m going to be late!

What’s your number 1 rule when it comes to style?

My number 1  rule when it come to style, is to dress to make YOU feel the happiest and most confident in yourself! I think your style is a great way to express your personality without even having to speak! It’s all about experimenting and exploring what you like and the process is so much fun, because our style changes so much as we grow! All I can say is have fun with it and don’t let other people’s opinions limit your potential:) #yolo

My top 3 trends are cutesy, Cyber y2k, and streetwear! I absolutely love each one & love to mix them together!

My ultimate fashion icon has to be Rico Nasty! I absolutely love how outgoing her looks are & how each of them are so unique. If I was more confident I would totally go for her look!!

 

Getting ready in the morning can be fun but stressful if you’re in a time crunch, what’s your go-to outfit if you’re in a rush?

If I’m in a rush literally a skirt & cardigan with accessories! It is literally the simplest outfit ever & doesn’t take much time at all.

 

What’s your number 1 rule when it comes to style?

My number 1 rule when it comes to my fashion is to be unique & to spice it up so I can differentiate myself from others!

My name is Aysia. I’m 20 years old, and I was born and raised in Clinton, Maryland.

Style is showing who you are without having to speak! If you had to line-up your top 3 trends you’re feeling this season what would they be?

My number 1 trend would have to be layers! I feel like layering has really kicked up this year. I think it’s a good way to add different kinds of movement to your outfits. It’s also a great way to get the most out of your closet. It allows you to wear seasonal clothing all year round. For example, a cropped tank top could be worn over a turtleneck. Then you’d have a different look and be warm for the winter!

Coming in second would be Maximalism. I love seeing people turn up the notch and be completely extra when it comes to clothing. Funky patterns, hats, tights—everything. When I see the crazy outfits some people put together, sometimes I wonder how they pull it off.

My number three would be huge, chunky, platform shoes. I’ve wanted to get my hands on a pair, but I haven’t yet. I’ll have to gift myself a pair at some point!

Describe your style in 3 words:

That’s tough! I think my style is funky, a tad bit retro, and a little bit quirky. 

Style inspo is everything! Who’s your ultimate fashion icon + why?

I’ll be honest here; I don’t usually keep up with what other people are wearing. I’ll usually see a celebrity or influencer rocking something unique and sometimes soak that into my own style. 

However, I’d have to say my ultimate fashion icon is my mom! She’s been into fashion since she was a young girl and she loves dressing up. Our  tastes are quite different, but when I put together outfits now for videos and pictures, I often wear clothes that she’s handed down to me.

Getting ready in the morning can be fun but stressful if you’re in a time crunch, what’s your go-to outfit if you’re in a rush?

Anything black! For me, black is the easiest color to style, and I own a lot of it. At one point, I kept my closet fairly neat. It was primarily color coded, and the black section was the largest. My go-to would be to pluck a hoodie or shirt from there, throw on some jeans, add a cute shoe (usually a boot) and be on my way!

What’s your number 1 rule when it comes to style?

It would be to make sure you are comfortable with what you are wearing and that you love it! I absolutely hate feeling “meh” in an outfit. I think any outfit that you choose to rock should feel like a second skin. It’s often a reflection of you, and you should feel good in it!

Hey y’all! My name is Avery, I’m 18 (soon to be 19) and I’m from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Style is showing who you are without having to speak! If you had to line–up your top 3 trends you’re feeling this season what would they be?

Neutrals are probably my favorite trend from the winter, especially brown and grey since they’re such versatile colors. Besides that, I really live for collars under sweatshirts for that ultra preppy look, and I love plaid shackets (shirt/jacket-hybrid).

Describe your style in 3 words:

I would describe my style as feminine, fresh, and ever-changing because I’m always shopping for the newest trends!

Style inspo is everything! Who’s your ultimate fashion icon + why?

My ultimate fashion icons are easily Blackpink. I love their onstage wardrobe SO much. Their outfits really embody a good mix of masculinity and femininity, and their individual styles always complement one another. I want to raid their closets so bad!!

Getting ready in the morning can be fun but stressful if you’re in a time crunch, what’s your go-to outfit if you’re in a rush?

Hmm..my go-to currently would probably be my white turtleneck, ripped mom jeans, white forces with white socks, topped off with a gold necklace + hoops.

What’s your number 1 rule when it comes to style?

My number one rule is to wear what you want as long as you’re comfortable. Somebody is always going to have something to say about your clothes, whether you wear what you want or not. So just do what you want with your fits anyways. Life is short!

My go-to look in the morning is cropped pattern pants, a graphic tee, and a blazer. I top it off with some Nike Cortez’s.

My number 1 rule to style is : You wear the clothes. Don’t let the clothes wear you!

Hey, hey! My name is Me’Kaila Daniels-Bryant. I’m 20 years old and I’m from Charleston, South Carolina.

Style is showing who you are without having to speak! Name your top 3 trends you’re feeling this season?

My top 3 trends of this season is denim, prints/bright colors and bold jewelry. Denim is a piece you can add to almost any outfit and there’s nothing like a pair of jeans that are flattering, comfortable and stylish. Cropped tops are in now and they have been over the course of time. I’m convinced they are here to stay. Since my weight loss journey I feel more comfortable in my skin so why not throw on a cropped shirt. It’s sort of empowering in way for me. I’ve also taken more of an interest in chain necklaces this season with bold silver and gold  layering.

If you had 30 seconds to grab your 3 favorite style pieces, what would they be?

If I had 30 seconds to grab my favorite style pieces it would be a nice handbag, my 3 inch black ankle heeled platform boots and my chain necklaces.

Style inspo is everything! Who’s your ultimate fashion icon + why?

If I had to say who is my ultimate fashion icon it would be Beyoncé. She is a Virgo like me, in fact we have the same birthday so I feel a connection to her style on a deeper level. She always pays attention to the details when putting a look together. I feel like it’s not just about brands for her it’s how she feels when she puts the whole look together. That’s what matters to me; the details.  Most importantly, the attitude you have with the look is everything. You’re  only going to look as good as you feel. She gives off such confidence with her style. It represents being bold, unique and staying true to yourself. Everyone remembers at least one Beyoncé look that was their favorite.

Getting ready in the morning can be stressful especially if you’re on a time crunch. My go-to look when I’m in a rush is a turtle neck cropped shirt long sleeve or no sleeve, high waisted jeans and my black  ankle heeled platform boots.

Lastly, my number 1 rule when it comes to style is to be true to yourself! It’s not all about brands and trends, it’s about the way you feel when you put a look together. Your attitude completes the look. You’re only going to look as good as you feel.

My top 3 trends this season is long oversized jackets (I have this super long puffer jacket that goes down to my ankles and it’s the best thing ever), leather pants are so cute right now, and lastly, corset tops.

If you had 30 seconds to grab your 3 favorite style pieces, what would they be?

I can’t leave the house without earrings! Earrings and jewelry make you look like you put a lot of effort into your outfit when you really didn’t. Next, I would grab some platform sneakers to add some spice to it. Lastly, I would take a denim jacket for some extra warmth and because they’re cute lol.

Style inspo is everything! Who’s your ultimate fashion icon + why?

I love Rihanna or Bella Hadid for their edgy street style. I think it really shows their personality and plus they both look stunning in them!

My go-to look is probably a graphic tee and jeans with a statement jacket or shoes to spice it up.

What’s your number 1 rule when it comes to style?

My number 1 rule is…wear what YOU want to wear! I’ve found myself in a lot of situations where I want to wear something but don’t because I’m afraid of people’s opinions. But I realized it doesn’t matter what people think. Be different, be you!
